About Drew

I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and kind but firm I started working with kids when my mom had my 2 sisters and I helped raised them until I was able to move out, and for the past year I have worked as a Child Development Assistant at an elementary school full time and occasionally will take babysitting jobs from parents there. In my spare time, I like to practice manicuring and false nails, as well as hair coloring. I also practice ukulele, writing, painting, and whatever other crafts I find myself obsessed from time to time. One thing you should know about is I value no screen time as much as possible, but do also find low stimulating, age appropriate media to be helpful when making a quick snack or preparing an activity. My skills include talking through big feelings (helping children with emotional regulation skills), helping children with their creativity and intelligence in a lighthearted and encouraging manner, and staying patient through tricky moments.
