We find that if one receives proper nutrition, that the body can heal itself, even from many conditions that most doctors assume are permanent I have a construction background. Painting, drywall, carpentry, doors, windows, bathroom etc. I drive and shop. I cook and am knowledgeable about health and nutrition I enjoy puzzles and games. I am pretty good with computers. I can still climb ladders, clean gutters and other work around the house.
