I have known Doug for almost 10 years. He is a very patient and smart man. I have watched him work with many children and have been amazed at the impact he has made in their lives. He is very gifted with the ability to teach and motivate children. I have 4 children ranging in ages 6 - 13. He has been able to connect with each of them and help them academically as well as with their sports needs. My husband and I trust him very much and would consider anyone fortunate to have him in their employment. Doug is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have known.
