Hi! My name is Doug/Douglas. I've been working with children in various capacities for the last 11 years. For the last four years I have worked with neurodivergent children and young adults, particularly those diagnosed with ASD and behavioral issues. I've had different roles in a variety of environments including classrooms, clinics, after school programs, and homes. Most recently I have been a BT (behavioral technician), usually assigned to the most difficult ongoing cases. I have a deep interest in connecting with my clients and understanding their challenges at the root level. I am passionate about helping them actualize a safe and accessible world in which they can thrive. I have a personal love of sports, especially basketball and soccer, as well as video games and comedy.
