About Dorothy

Hi, I'm Dorothy! I'm excited to connect with you! My experiences as a grandma and raising my two daughters have further solidified this calling. Now a grandma, I currently care for my 15-month-old granddaughter during the day, but I am eager to offer either regular babysitting or part-time nanny services. I bring 30 years of experience and a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I am comfortable caring for more than one child and enjoy engaging them in outdoor activities, educational games, music, and reading. I love bringing children to the park or library! I am First Aid and CPR Training certified. I can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I always follow the parents' lead, including their preferred method of communication. I love to make days fun and support development. I bring a lot of energy, creativity and love to my work. I am excited to connect with a family and share my passion for childcare.
