I'd describe my personality as outgoing, empathetic, adaptive, with the ability to be , supportive, and nurturing. I like caring for people with special needs because knowing that I'm able to support and encourage others to reach their highest potential. Giving positive supports to others is etched into me. I'm looking for a job that I enjoy and I believe that I will be successful at it. I started caring for people with special needs when I was a child, my mothers best friend had a son when I was 13. This child was named after my older brother who carried his mother from home to the car into the hospital. This child was born at I believe 22 weeks in the early 90's, with cerebral palsy and he was the third child I used to babysit. He was born contracted, non verbal, and also had a heart condition. In my spare time, I like to keep company with my children. One thing you should know about me is I communicate well. My skills include observation, communication, Adapting.
