For the past two years, Doris has been a wonderful person to watch our son during the day. She is extremely reliable and flexible; she has always been on time and she is always willing to stay late or come in early, as needed. In addition, Doris has driven our son to various activities for the past year without incident and has found and set up play dates and groups on her own initiative. I cannot say enough good things about her kind and gentle demeanor, which I believe is a large part of why our son has developed into such a kind and caring little boy. Further,Doris has been instrumental in helping our son meet his milestones and she was instrumental in sleep training him at a very young age.
