I am very patient, calm, and friendly demeanor creates a nurturing environment for kids. I believe in open communication with parents, regularly providing written daily reports and updates via their preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring a consistent and respectful approach. I enjoy engaging children with a variety of games, including outdoor sports, educational games, and technology-based activities. My experience allows me to comfortably care for up to 3-4 children, ranging from infants to teens. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I am also on my second year of college at WNEU.
