Hi my name is Doris. I'm 45 years old. I have 4 kids. I've been working as a Caregiver/Nanny for 10 years. I've worked with kids of all ages from infants to teens. I'm a very patient and caring person so I have no problem with energetic kids. Some activities I do are reading to them, singing and playing their favorite games, which really helps me connect and bond with them. I also can take them to the park and do outside activities to help them stay active and have fun at the same time. I really don't see this as a job because I'm really passionate about what I do and love working with kids which is why I've been doing this for so long. Auntie Doris did an amazing job helping care for our infant twins from 4mo to 11mo. She was engaged with them during play time, encouraging them to hit their milestones, and helping with endless feeding (and diaper changes they resulted in!). I came home to more than one baby-shark dance party with some very happy babies :). Doris was always on-time, and when she knew she would be late due to sickness she would let us know with some notice. Doris was flexible if overtime was needed. Doris worked with us for 6+ months and we left on good terms; she still comes by to babysit every few weeks. Having a full time nanny was not financially sustainable for us, or Doris would still be working with us full time!
