About Dorinda
My experience with caring for the elderly has been with friends and family who were in need of companionship and eventually more care with cognitive decline. My mother had dementia and I left my job to move home and assist my father with her care. Recently, caring for my mother-in-law for 3 weeks, (she also has dementia) caused me to realize I enjoy her and caring for her, deciding to pursue a position caring for the elderly.
