42 years of experience have shaped my approach to senior care. As a Registered Nurse, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide respite care. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or agitation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
