Doreen was responsible and timely and polite. My communication with her was top-notch. She arrived as agreed, on-time, and got right to work. She did a good job. The only reason I didn't give her 5 stars is because it was her first time at my house. I suspect once she cleans it a couple more times and gets her routine down (and my preferences), I will consider her very good instead of good.
