My passion stems from positive experiences in previous care roles and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment to build connections with those I care for. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or calls, and always follow their preferred method. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I have a college degree, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and speak both English and Spanish. I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
