Experience: 10 yrs
I hold a Bachelor in Special Education from Cuba. I have been working as a Paraprofessional Assistant teacher in a Kindergarten classroom here in Phoenix from 2006-2014. I have taken more than 20 credits of Early Childhood Education at Phoenix college. Recently, I finished an Interpreter Translator Certificate at the Arizona Language Center. Now I am preparing to take the American Translator Association test, and I would love to make some money doing what I love the most: taking care of children. I have been married for 20 years. I have 3 wonderful sons, one that is 16, and 8 y. o twin boys. I am sweet, responsible and trustworthy. I love reading, and I will spend the time with your child having fun and playing with puzzles, memory games, sight words, simple math problems, patterns and so on (according to their age of course). Teaching is my passion.

Doramis is an ** AMAZING ** teacher, caregiver and top-level professional with years of experience. Over the past 3 years, we've been continuously impressed with her skills with children, professionalism and unending patience. She has been the daily caregiver for our son from 8 months to 3+ years old, so she's been with us every step of the way helping him transition to walking, solid foods, potty training. She's everything you'd want in a caregiver and nanny: kind, fun, very patient, very focused on safety, consistent, values routine, dependable, punctual and importantly, has a natural talent with kids. She never arrived late the entire 3 years. She has taught our son Spanish, brought activities for him, took him to various classes (swimming/little gym), nature walks, time at the park, and reinforced learning of shapes, numbers, vocabulary. She was a bright spot in our household everyday, and her natural cheerful demeanor helped out tremendously during all the stressful days and with terrible 2 moments. We can't say enough good things about her, and everyone that meets her says the same. If you're lucky enough to work with her, you'll agree. We highly recommend Doramis!
