Dora is an exceptional caregiver that truly puts her heart into her role. She started with our family when my son was 11 weeks old and I was returning to work. We are first time parents, so we didn't know what to expect, but Dora came in day one and followed our routine perfectly while taking meticulous notes and also making the day to day easier in ways we didn't expect like setting things up ahead for us (bottle washer, meals, laundry, diapers, etc.). Dora is someone who goes above and beyond and takes great pride in her work. She also truly loves our son, there wasn't a day where we ever felt nervous leaving him in her care. We will miss her greatly, and the next family is lucky to have her!
