I am a reliable, nurturing caregiver with a background as a retired nurse and current substitute teacher, including experience in special education classrooms. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have been background checked and fingerprinted through both the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Texas Board of Nursing (BON). I have raised three children to adulthood and am a proud grandmother of four grandsons, with one granddaughter on the way. I genuinely enjoy caring for children through elementary age and focus on creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
