My name is Donna and I am applying for the caregiver position. For the last two years I took care of a senior woman in Charlottesville, VA. She has had a stroke and unable to use 90% of her right side. I help her with transferring, all daily living needs , physical therapy daily. Her routine is shower, dressing, hair, changing brace & all devises that help her everyday. Cleaning, cooking, shopping and medication management are all my other responsibilities. She is now in a nursing home. I have been taking care of all the daily living needs for a WWII Veteran in Keswick Va for 2 years. He has end stage Alzheimer's. He passed away in the fall of 2018. I took care of a wonderful couple of Charlottesville, from 2009 to 2016, until there passing in early 2016. I took care of there hygiene, dressing, mobility issues, incontinence, cooking cleaning, laundry, transportation. I cooked for dinner parties. I ran on CARS were I became an EMT. Thanks Donna

Donna is a hard worker, she is through in her duties. She is punctual and honest. She has gone above and beyond in her duties, cleaning and cooking for my grandfather. She relieved my stress and was a blessing.
