Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. I have over 15 years of elderly care experience. It is one of my passions, I feel that the men and women of age have much to teach us. I prefer to be in private sitting as part of a team or on my own. Facilities break my heart and therefore I do not work in them unless it is for my private client. I am more than comfortable with bathing, feeding, preparing meals, medications, transporting, housekeeping, wound care, skin care, diet, dressing, exercise, range of motion and being the best companion I can be. I am comfortable with making changes in all fashions. Not one client has been the same nor do they want the same from me and I am very respectful when it comes to the needs/wants of both the family members and the person I am caring for. Donna has been helping us care for our elderly father. She is great at preparing healthy meals, provides medication reminders, checks his vitals, and helps him dress. Donna is excellent regarding checking Dad's feet and general skin care. Donna has driven Dad in his car providing transportation to the grocery store, the dentist, and several doctor appointments. She has done limited housekeeping, since we have a weekly house cleaner and we also have a weekly bath aid lady. Donna is extremely attentive and if anything is in question or of concern, she will always let one of the family members know. You can trust Donna to provide excellent care for the elderly and her experience has been very helpful to us as we navigate Dad's increased care needs.
