My passion is working with the elderly as well as children! I think it is a blessing to take care of our elders in this community and society. I was listed and licensed as a Maryland child care provider for five years. I love working with children (and I don't mind pets). I volunteer regularly for Bridging Gaps Outreach Services, this too, is my calling and passion! I have a very strong faith and God has been good to me!!! I enjoy all kinds of outings and activities. Donna has been with our family for 1.5 years, caring for our daughters (now almost 2 and 4). She is loving, trustworthy, and truly feels like part of our family. Donna has played a key role in their development, from milestones like walking and talking to age-appropriate outings and early potty training. Our girls adore her, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her in our home. Any family would be fortunate to have Donna as their nanny.

My children loved Ms. Donna! She was calm, patient,  and kind. My youngest request her often when I need a sitter.

Working with Donna was great! The family she worked with, the kids loved her, they still ask about her to this day. Her passion for childcare really shows in her bubbly and bright energy and personality! You will not regret hiring Donna to work with your family!

Donna has worked with my family for 4+ years. She's cared for my mother with Dementia and my adult autistic sister. Donna is caring, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very flexible. She's now part of our family and we'll miss her as we relocate to another state. She has been a blessing to our family and will be to any future family. Interviewed Donna. She was very warm and engaging. We went in a different direction (only because of the cost) but I think Donna would be an excellent fit for any family. 

Donna is a very loving and caring person who truly loves what she does. Would hire her over and over again.

What can I say about Donna other than she started off as a nanny/caregiver and is now a member of the family. She took care of our three daughters as if they were her own. She truly loved them and was the go between during difficult times in our family and was a place of calm, joy and comfort. She was an extension of our values and beliefs and simply made life easier of us. I can't say enough about Donna. She is dedicated, dependable and delightful. My kids are older now and we don't use her in the day to day as we have in the past, but when we do need her she's there and the girls are ecstatic to see her. They love her and look forward to the time together. She plans fun activities with them and is completely hands on. My kids text her often just to say hello. She would be an asset to any family in need, knowing she will give it her all with love. I highly recommend her without ANY RESERVATIONS.  

Donna was my first interview and it was a wonderful experience.  She was very knowledgeable and gave very thorough responses to my questions during our telephone interview and even gave me additional things to consider for my future interviews.  She was very willing to work with me as we sorted through the interview process.  While she was no longer available when it was time for an in  person interview (due to my delay)...I would definitely hire her given the opportunity.

We have been fortunate to have Donna caring for our 90 year mother (Clara) for the past 8 months. Clara is also diagnosed with dementia. Our mother moved into our home 8 months ago because her dementia had progressed to a stage where living by herself was no longer an option. Having Donna help us through this change in family dynamics has been a godsend. We feel we are so fortunate because Donna was the right person at the right time to fill our family need. Donna just releases the stress on our lives. Her experience in elderly care and especially those with dementia or disabilities has been extremely valuable to say the lease. We have been able to rely on her knowledge and experience every step of the way in this journey. Having our mother living with us 24/7, plus the added dementia aspect, has not been an easy adjustment for us. I'm not sure how we could have managed without Donna's help. We cannot be more grateful to have Donna as part of our family care solution. Her professionalism, kindness and understanding has been so appreciated. She is always flexible and ready to help and relieve us when we need that break from reality. Our trust in Donna and her caring approach to our mother needs goes without question. We can absolutely recommend Donna without hesitation and would be delighted to provide a verbal reference.

Donna was very kind and good with my 97 year old Mom. We really enjoyed her. She was very reliable and pleasant. It made our family's whole experience good. I would  recommend her to anyone.

Our children are extremely fortunate to have Donna as their caretaker 2 days a week.  As their mother, I am delighted to have a compassionate, intuitive childcare educator on my team. Donna's long experience with preschoolers and younger children was immediately apparent, she respectfully connects with my children, yet still maintains an 'adult to child' relationship that is both fun and very loving.  As a parent, I learn from watching her interactions with my kids.  Speaking as a busy parent, I'm also very glad to come home to a house that is "spiffied up" and looks nicer than it did when I left it in the morning.  All in all, I wish our needs were greater than 2 days a week.....she is amazing and my children are learning at an accelerated rate.  In essence, our home has become a private, very well run preschool under her management.
