Taking care of newborns is a true passion of mine. I am patient, calm, nurturing and compassionate, which allows me to connect with infants easily. In addition, I volunteered in the NICU and learned so much from those amazing nurses. I have a college degree, am TrustLine certified and have completed Early Child Development coursework. I am also a Doula and sleep consultant. I pride myself on guiding little ones with safe sleep practices and a system that teaches them to sleep all night without any tears. I am CPR trained and First Aid certified. I have taken care of twins, babies with tongue tie, reflux, torticollis and colic. I have worked with physical therapists who gave me tips to help with developmental milestones. I am happy to help with light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning/steaming bottles and breast pump parts. It would be a pleasure to bring my experience to your family and be a calm presence for you during this exciting time.

We hired Donna for 4 nights/week for a couple of months as my husband returned to work. From the beginning, she was a wonderful partner in trying new things and strategizing how to help our baby sleep longer and get into a new routine. She is incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable, and we felt completely comfortable with her looking after our baby. She clearly loves babies and was very reassuring to us as first time parents. She wrapped up her time with us when our 4-month old began happily sleeping through the night. We will definitely hire her again for weekends or nights in the future as needed.
