Hi, my name is Donna. I'm a local to Jensen Beach with my husband. I have a true passion for taking care of children and the elderly and you will see that I am great at it! Previously, I worked 25 hours a week with twin toddlers - one with special needs and both with lots of energy! I currently work a couple days a week with two young children, and I am looking for a family to get involved with who needs part-time help during date nights (or days)! Additionally, for the past 6 years I have practiced elderly care, assisting with errands, housekeeping, doctor appointments and medication management. I previously worked as a pharmacy technician for 23 years. I have a lot of patience and compassion, plus I'm incredibly organized, punctual and reliable. I have my own transportation and am willing to commute as necessary. I would love the opportunity to work part time for the right family or individual! Donna took care of my mother as she became more compromised. First as a companion and friend. Next as a day-to-day caregiver providing caring and consistent encouragement through deteriorating mental state. She was always optimistic, energetic, and punctual. She also advocated for Mom's room to be clean, clothers, hair, nails and personal hygeine to be prioritized. She was as Mom described, my best friend. Mom moved back to her home town after nearly 3 years of care. She is the best.
