I have mostly cared for Children as a Nanny, although I feel that I have the experience to care for those in need of special care and companionship. I have recently cared for my brother while he almost lost his foot due to years of undiagnosed diabetes. That took a year of care for that healing. Once he made it through that he had a stroke in my home. He remained in the hospital in the ICU for a month with 3 Brain Bleeds and a Brain Clot. They released him into my care. He lived with me for another year while I cared for him. He is now living independently and under a Doctors care. I Home Schooled my 2 children from pre-K - HS. They are now in their mid 30's and doing well. I am currently taking care of a lovely lady in her late 50's that sadly had a stroke during an operation 3 years ago. My current responsibilities are driving her to and from appointments and therapy. I assist her in going the restroom, taking showers, helping to dress & making her meals. Along with companionship.
