I am a retired registered, licensed nurse with 30+ years of experience. I have worked in the home setting providing medical care. I can provide personal care, bathing, medication set up and administration, meal prep, shopping and transportation to social or medical appointments. I am CPR certified with my infection control certification for my current license. I am very cognizant of my patients social emotional needs and work well with family members. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, honest and diligent. I like caring for seniors because as I enjoy hearing their life stories and maintaining their sense of dignity and importance. I'm looking for a part time job to supplement my income and keep me active in the field I enjoy working in. I know there are many elders in need of care and support with families distracted with the daily demands of life.
