About Donna

I'd describe my personality as Enthusiastic, Optimistic and Empathetic. I like caring for seniors because I am happy to help people to be able to live their best life in their homes. I started caring for seniors when my mom was a nurse and encouraged me to go to school to be a certified Nursing Assistant. This was in high school, I have worked in various healthcare jobs since then outside of taking a break to raise my now adult children. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and I have worked as Med tech too. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog, exercise, and I am looking into getting certified as an End of Life doula. I also enjoy hospice work. One thing you should know about me is I treat your family like I would my own, it is important to me that you/ your loved ones feel safe with me in their home. My skills include good communication, attentive to needs and good listening skills. I care how my client would like things done so that they feel comfortable with me in their home.
