Donna is the absolute best! My mom was at home in hospice and everything was happening so fast and I  had no idea what I was doing. She came in and took amazing care of my mom and was so knowledgeable about the whole process. She even helped out with things outside the scope of what I was expecting. I honestly don’t know how I could have managed without her during such a difficult time. I can not express how grateful I was for her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for your loved one. 

Donna has taken wonderful care of our 91 year old mom, she knew exactly what was needed, proper nutrition, physical therapy and mental engagement. Her extensive knowledge in elder care helped us understand the different phases before our mom passed. We are forever grateful for the love and care she provided.

Donna has been amazing. She is caring, knowledgeable and  a great communicator. She is proactive and takes care of all our grandmothers needs with little to no direction. We would have kept Donna forever but my grandma has declined to the point of needing to be placed in a facility. Highly recommend Donna for any and all senior care needs.

She took great care of him in addition to taking care of my Mom during such a tough time for them as they were together for over sixty years. Hello, just for anyone interested in hiring Dona. She seemed to be the most honest, reliable, responsible and nicest person so I went ahead and decided to hire her after a paid day she work here and went through my basic daily routine. I had other ladies that applied for this job and I decided to wait for her for a month so she could finish her previous job. She gave me a specific day to start . That was our agreement. and then she started to maybe I can , depends how I feel, but still committed to my job offer. I had an agency helping me in meantime. Not even a day before, she text me and started to make a story that she wanted consisted hours every week. Our prior conversation were exactly about consistent hours and days. I'm in a wheelchair, depending on someone else for my daily care. I ended up not being able to have the agency because of her lies. The fact of  the situation here is that I never found someone who could be acting, being careless and lying to the point of leaving me with no care for myself even that she knew I had her as my only choice to that point. Not reliable. Be careful!

She was wonderful helping my mom. She has around 30 years experience. She can do anything! She is totally amazing!! Very talented woman?

Donna helped me in my home for a couple months while I recovered from a surgical procedure. She is highly efficient, and given her extensive experience, she doesn’t need to be told what to do. She intuitively knows what’s needed and gets it done. She’s also very pleasant to be around and a good conversationalist. I would use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

We hired Donna to help with the care of our mother who had mobility issues.  Donna was a godsend!!  Her expertise with seniors / my mother was outstanding.  My mother can be a little ornery and Donna knew just how to handle her.  She was always punctual, took her shoes off at the door, and was very gentle with Mom.  My mom really grew to love Donna and she became part of the family.  Unfortunately, we needed to put my mom in an assisted living facility in which she chose to go home to Illinois (or we would still have Donna).  My mom cried, not because she was leaving us but because she was leaving Donna! Lol!  Donna, thank you for the outstanding care of our mom and for all the amazing healthcare recommendations. You will never know how much we appreciate you!

Donna was a true life-saver!!  I needed someone to care for my 85 yr old (healthy) mother - but suffering from dementia, for a month while I was out of town.  Donna's knowledge & care were nothing but superb!  Always happy, punctual & professional!  She went above & beyond caring for my mother & keeping her busy & staying on her regular routine. She did a lot of extras for her & made it a priority to make sure she was taken care of properly & had everything she needed!  I cannot say enough good things about her!!

Donna is a phenomenal care giver. First, she has tremendous experience on the job, jumps right in. She makes wonderful suggestions about what's needed in the home to make her clients comfortable. On her first day she suggested something for the bed to help her move my Dad around more easily and safely.  She has incredible energy, is extremely self motivated and willing to help in almost any task to help the household run smoothly. She has a wonderful cheerful disposition and sincerely cares deeply about her job. Donna is a gem.

Donna was an EXCELLENT caregiver for my mom.  Interviewing her, I worried she was too good to be true, but she was fantastic.  Hard working, great attitude, fun to be around, positive influence on us all.  Really knew how to care for someone and see the big picture, as well as the nuances necessary to give superior care.  Donna cared for my mom up until the morning we moved, and was a godsend.  She's worth her weight in gold.
