About Donna

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion! I enjoy supporting families by providing reliable childcare. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I follow parents' leads when enforcing household rules and communicate using their preferred method. I have one year of experience caring for children aged 0-11, but I am most comfortable with ages 1-5, and I am happy to care for one child at a time. I am currently pursuing coursework and special education, which is deepening my understanding of child development, learning differences, and supportive behavioral strategies. I am also building a long-term path towards becoming a speech, language pathologist. I enjoy playing educational games and doing arts and crafts. I have some college experience and am trained in First Aid and CPR. I can help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and crafts. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm for learning and nurturing to your family.
