About Donna

My name is Donna, I'm a 54yr old retired RN residing in NW Phila. I have 20+ years experience providing hands on care for all ages groups in a variety of clinical settings; emergency department, pediatrics, medical surgical, long term care, home care and hospice. During my tenure as an RN I had advanced critical care training, trauma care certified and additional certifications. I'm comfortable performing/assisting with ADL's, transfer techniques, follow PT exercise, meal preparation, light housework , companionship, assistance with office work (email, texts, computer skills, filing), appointments and transportation. I'm experienced with care of NG, PEG (G) and J tube bolus or continuous feedings, flushes and medication administration. Experienced with all types of diets as well as caring for those with swallowing issues. I'm available for evenings, weekends or as needed. References available upon request. Rates negotiable.
