Donna is absolutely one of the most amazing and gifted caregivers ever.   She is perfectly suited for  helping the elderly and is dedicated and tireless in her devotion to those lucky enough to have her help.   5 stars aren’t enough. Donna was an exceptional caregiver for my mother-in-law who was in her last stage of life in home hospice for the week that Donna worked with her. Once we determined that my mother-in-law was going to start home hospice, we needed to find a care provider who could assist in her daily care and take some of the burden off of my father-in law, her husband.  I reached out to Donna through Care.com after reading her profile, and she promptly responded to my query. Shortly thereafter, we met in person and she detailed her extensive history in home health care, specifically with seniors. Subsequently, we hired her and she created a schedule in which she worked several hours during the morning, evening as well as overnight every day with just a few 1-2 hour breaks which was awesome. During her hours of working with my mother-in-law, Donna washed and cleaned her, provided her with her pain medication, repositioned her if in pain and was always nearby in case she was needed. Her hard work enabled my father-in-law to get some rest and minimize the amount of care he had to provide to his wife. She also provided us with frequent updates on the status of my mother-in law’s condition. Finally, Donna was very affordable and we even gave her more money than she requested as a result of the high level of care she provided. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care she provided my mother-in-law in her last days of life. I highly recommend Donna to anyone who requires any level of care for their loved ones.

My family and I can’t say enough about Ms Donna during this very difficult time.  Ms Donna was with us during the last week of my mother’s life. Our family was not emotionally or physically prepared for the challenges we faced. Ms Donna came in and within a day became invaluable to our family. I had originally talked to Donna when looking for overnight care for my mother. Our situation changed when one of our regular daytime caregivers was out for a few weeks. I explained the situation to her and asked if she could help with the day shift.  Donna was very skilled and personable, and always on time. I would definitely contact her again if we need additional help with mom!

Donna was on the team of caregivers that took care of my grandfather for a very long time.  My family was truly blessed to have Donna caring for my grandfather. You could tell she truly cares about not only the person receiving care but also that person's family; she was tremendously supportive. Donna took care of my father, along with others, for the last 5 or so years of his life.  She simply "took care of things," whether or not that was stepping in to help out with someone's shift when needed; challenging my father beyond what he thought he was capable of at the time; or providing him the maximum peace and comfort near the end of his life.  Donna has a high IQ and spreads peace and joyfulness. I will always be indebted to her.
