About Donna

The position as Director of Operations that I previously held at Tilton Fitness has most prepared me for working with seniors. (Tilton permanently closed during the "Covid 19" lockdown.) The core demographic of the club was the senior population, including members with extreme medical limitations. When needed, I assisted in classes for those members needing assistance; most notably Rock Steady Boxing for those with Parkinson's disease. I also coordinated special events, and assisted with any requests for our members; whether within the club, or information that could assist them in their daily lives. I was the "go to" for all things senior. That daily interaction has given me renewed understanding in the time, compassion and empathy that is valued when being in a position to assist seniors. I am AED/CPR/First Aid Certified.
