Hi! My name is Donmonique (don-mo-neek). I am a nurturing, responsible, dependable, and patient caregiver with years of hands-on childcare experience. As the eldest daughter in a large family, I cared for my younger siblings throughout my childhood and teenage years. My experience includes caring for infants through school-aged children, changing diapers, potty training, preparing meals, packing lunches, doing laundry, managing bedtime routines, helping with homework, and getting children ready for school. I also handled school and daycare drop-offs and pickups, taught everyday skills, and calmly de-escalated sibling disagreements. I believe childcare is about more than supervision--it means helping children feel safe, supported, heard, and cared for. I respect each family's routines and value open communication with parents!
