Hello, my name is Donita and Iam blessed and overly excited to be here to help those in need of assistance with personal care, companionship, emotional support and activities of daily living. I've been a home health aide for 5+ years now which ultimately gave me the strength to get my STNA License, I worked in a Long term care facility for a good year and decided I wanted to go back to my roots and provide one on one specialized care to individuals in need, Iam a Independent provider for PCA/Homemaker services for those receiving Medicaid ( Ohio Home Care and MyCare Ohio waiver services ) and those who might receive services through council on aging.
