Totally unreliable. We met Donika, hired her and she agreed to a schedule we based around the availability and pricing she gave us. She completely flaked out on the first two shifts of that schedule, last minute, which were my first two days back to work from maternity leave. Who does that to someone?!! Unreliable, not someone I would trust to watch my kid. Would not recommend.
