About Donika

Hi! I'm Donika, a compassionate and dependable caregiver currently pursuing my nursing education. I have several years of healthcare experience, including phlebotomy, vital signs, blood pressure monitoring, pulse assessment, cardiac rhythm/telemetry monitoring, specimen collection, and medication-related care. I also have experience recognizing changes in a patient's condition and responding calmly in urgent situations. I cared for my grandmother for several years, which taught me the importance of patience, dignity, companionship, and personalized care. I'm not currently CNA certified, but I'm actively working toward my nursing career and plan to obtain my CNA certification. I would love to provide seniors with safe, respectful, reliable care and companionship in the comfort of their own home.
