About Donavin

Hi! My name is Donavin, and I have over 7 years of experience working with children in both school and home settings. I currently work at a school in special education, where I support students of all ages with academics, behavior, and daily routines in a structured classroom environment. I also have 3 years of babysitting experience caring for a young child, where I handled responsibilities such as meals, playtime, bedtime routines, and creating a safe, positive environment. Outside of school and babysitting, I coach high school football, which has helped me build strong leadership skills, patience, and the ability to connect with kids and teens of different ages and personalities. I'm comfortable working with all age groups and have experience supporting children with a variety of learning and behavioral needs. I take pride in being dependable, patient, and someone kids can feel safe and comfortable around.
