Hi my name is Dona and I have a BS in Child Development . I began babysitting as a teen then became a preschool teacher. While raising 4 kids I had a daycare in my home. After retiring as a social worker , I have enjoyed nannying on a PT basis. I am CPR /First Aid certified. Reliable and dependable. Love watching children grow and meet their developmental milestones. I'd describe my personality as patient, gentle and supportive. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing them learn, grow and develop their skills. I'm looking for a job that has some flexibility in days or hours. In my spare time, I like to play with my dog, hang out with my kids and grandkids , travel and grow plants. One thing you should know about me is I'm reliable, and very organized. My skills include caring for fussy or colicky babies in a calm and soothing manner ; caring for twins or multiple siblings; following schedules .
