My qualities: Reliable, consistent, and caring. I love and enjoy kids' energy, curiosity, and being part of their growth. I've always loved caring for children, and I hope to have four kids of my own someday! What I'm looking for in a job: I'm looking for a longterm position where I can build a meaningful relationship with the kids, with open communication, kindness, and respect from both sides. I have over 10 years of experience working with children. I love being outdoors and staying active. I enjoy hiking, riding electric boards, mountain biking, and snowboarding. I also love painting, sketching, and cooking which is one of my best skills! Something interesting about me: I'm half Japanese and half Brazilian, and I grew up surrounded by both cultures. It has given me a unique perspective and appreciation for different traditions. My top skills are challenging kids' social skills, helping with sleep routines, and being firm but caring with consistency and schedules.
