About Dominique

Hello! My name is Dominique and I am looking forward to the opportunity of being your nanny! I have over 10 years of experience working with children. I have worked as a summer camp counselor working in large groups, as well as a pod of 6 children during the pandemic, so I am used to working with more than one child at a time. I also have experience as a teacher's assistant, having tutored and run after school programs. I practice gentle guidance when instructing and disciplining, as I believe that children should have space for making mistakes, while still keeping them grounded and learning how to keep a level head in high stress moments. I'd describe my personality as kind, gregarious, and diligent. I started working with kids when I was 14. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, do art and crafts, and organize.
