About Dominique

Hello families! My name is Mrs. Dominique and I have been teaching for 9 years, grade levels K-2. I taught general education for 4 years and went on to receive my Masters in Educational Technology and taught Computer Science for the last 5 years. I am passionate about my field and love working with children. Before becoming a teacher, I nannied at a young age. I've had many tutoring jobs, especially during the pandemic to supplement students learning. My knowledge in the field allows me to work with a wide range of skills and curriculum. I'd describe my personality as hard working, easy going, and compassionate. I love tutoring because helping kids learn and grow not only academically but socially and emotionally is the base of their future. I will truly care about your child and develop a great bond and connection with them. My skills include elementary education, computer science, reading, and math. I'm excited to get to know and work with new families.
