I've been working in childcare for almost four years. I've done every age as a float in between different classrooms and a full time school age leader. I was a lead teacher in a Pre-K classroom for four months and then moved to a 3-year-old classroom for almost two years. I started working with kids when I was 19! My mom was an elementary school teacher my whole life so I've always been around younger children and helping out whenever she needed it. I love being able to come up with new ideas to keep children entertained and having fun! I think process art and sensory play is one of the most important things to help them learn different motor skills.
