About Dolores

Dolores has been caring for our son A. since he was just four months old, and from the very beginning, she felt like family. She’s been with us full-time for nearly a year—through sleepy newborn days, teething chaos, and all the little milestones in between. A. absolutely lights up when he sees her, and honestly, so do we. She’s patient, calm, deeply kind, and just has that magical presence that kids (and tired parents) feel instantly safe with. She somehow manages to keep A. engaged, giggling, and learning, all while keeping the house surprisingly un-disastrous—a true miracle worker. As A. heads off to daycare full-time (cue emotional montage), we’re lucky that Dolores will continue with us part-time. We’re not ready to let go, and thankfully, she’s not either. She’ll be part of our family until she decides otherwise, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you ever get the chance to work with her—do it. She will still be supporting us so you know how much she is trusted and loved.
