I currently have availability to provide care for those with special needs. I received a Bachelor's degree in Social Services from the University of Oregon and worked as a case manager in the Human Services arena for many years. I decided to shift my career towards providing more direct care to meet the individual needs of clients. I bring experience providing care for clients with special needs, including: ADHD, mental health needs, physical disabilities and memory issues. I can provide assistance with dressing, mobility/standby, bathing, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, medication management, transportation, running errands, etc. My experience also includes providing re-direction and positive reinforcement.
