I am a home health physical therapist and Delores was the caretaker for the patient I was working with over the course of many months. I work with caregivers daily and Delores is a shinning star above the rest! I could tell she genuinely loved our patient, Jerry. She took excellent care of him & always went the extra mile. Jerry did not like to get out of bed, drink water, move his body or eat healthy. Delores was on him about everything and in a caring way. He was always clean and up in his chair every time I came. Jerry loved her as well which days a lot about how she was with him when no body was watching. She also enjoyed helping during therapy treatments & learning what exercises she can do with him during the week. Definitely she deserves an A+!
