About Dokota

Hi! I'm Dokota, a full-time college student working toward my AS in Chemistry. I've been tutoring for years-starting in high school with younger students and continuing in college by helping my peers. I also have experience as a babysitter, where I supported kids as they learned to read, write, and build confidence. Alongside school, I work at a hospital as a Patient Care Technician, so I'm fully CPR and First Aid trained. My healthcare background strengthens my communication skills, patience, and commitment to safety, all of which I bring to tutoring. I love creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, capable, and excited to grow. I'm happy to communicate with parents however they prefer-text, calls, email, or regular updates. Most of all, I enjoy learning from my students just as much as they learn from me.
