I have 25+ years of experience. I have my security clearance background through the USAF Childcare system to work with children, and I also have my CDA. I have a degree in early childhood development, and I'm First Aid and CPR certified. I'm comfortable with pets, I have 3 dogs, and I'm happy to be a pet parent. We have very high standards for a nanny and Miss D has exceeded them. She is very reliable and professional and has been very patient with me as I figure out how to work from home. We highly recommend her and are so grateful to have found her!

Mrs. D has shown so much love, care, and patience with my little one who is on the autism spectrum. She works with him on his early education skills, as well as invests in his social and emotional development. And she makes everything fun!!! It is a blessing that I found Mrs. D. She is an awesome nanny. We have been lucky to have her. She plans lessons and activities for my kids and makes sure they have plenty of time outside to play and socialize with other children in addition to helping around the house. 

We are SO grateful to have found Dochelle for our nannying needs. Our one year old had never been cared for by anyone but my husband and I, so I was nervous about the process and it was really important to me to find the best fit. Dochelle was comforting and professional from the second we started exchanging messages. She provided thorough references and she blew us away with how prepared she was for her interview. She has been so great at helping our daughter adjust to not being attached to me 24/7. She always comes early and is prepared with creative and thoughtful plans for the day. I feel like we found not only a nanny, but someone who very quickly became like family.

We loved Ms. Dochelle! She has been such a great help, willing to do whatever we needed her to do. She was always happy and smiling when she first came through the door, until she left. Our baby loved her and was so entertained by all of the activities they did together. She would help with daily and weekly housework and any tasks having to do with baby. She follows through on what she says she will do, and she pays attention to small details. She communicated well with both my husband and me,  with any questions and updates. We found a gem with Ms Dochelle!

My wife and I are both in the military and we really was in a bad situation when the child development centers (CDC) closed due to COVID-19. We contacted Ms. B after seeing her info posted on Care.com.  We were blown away by her interview and her package that she presented. All we can say is WOW, we really wish that we had met Ms. B prior to putting our kids in the CDC.  She is amazing; we moved from Holloman a little over a year ago and our two kids still ask us about Ms. B.  She took care of our kids just like we take care of our kids. She did daily arts and crafts activities and other age appropriate training activities with our kids, had a meal, snack and sleep schedule for our kids.  She provided a daily report of  everything that went on with our kids throughout the day. She is truly awesome and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking someone to watch their kids.

Ms. B is a wonderful nanny. Ms. B watched over my three children ages 5,2, and infant as well as our dog. I was beyond impressed with her attention to detail and loving disposition. Our kids was always clean, fed and well entertained. Ms. B would drop off and pick up our oldest kid from school. She help complete homework assignments and engage our kids with outside activities to ensure they were not always watching TV. She always documented their daily activities to include social/emo, language and cognitive activities. Our home was always maintained and organized, we never came home to a mess or hungry children. Overall, Ms. B gave my husband and I the peace of mind we needed when leaving for work each morning. We felt she really went above and beyond to take proper loving care of our children. I would highly recommend her to anyone and can confidently say that she can and will fulfill any task given to her.

Ms. B. provided daycare services for my two kids for about six months. She came highly recommended from my neighbor. Ms. D is what all the kids call her; she is more than just a nanny; she is family. My kids was able to take swimming lessons during the summer because of Ms. D. She not only took care of my kids during the week but she would take my kids sometimes on the weekends just to give me as an single parent on active duty a break. Ms. D is very reliant you will not find a better person to take care of your children.

Wow, Dochelle was an automatic addition to the family. I cannot say anything but her praise. My children love her, she spends all day playing with them, not just watching them. They are always off on new adventures! Around the house, she will play "battle" with my four-year-old and dance around with my one-year-old. She leaves excellent reports of their activities for the day, and sends pictures of their adventures. She is great at communication with my husband and I. She treats our children like they are her own and spoils them way more than we ever would. She is always engaging them and I have no idea where she finds all of her energy. Dochelle is straight up a unicorn and anyone would be lucky to get her to love on your children.
