About D'metria

Hello! My name is Dmetria and I have been providing childcare services for about 20 years. My passion for working with children acted as a catalyst into my career choice. I have my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. This artist and swimmer also had the pleasure of acquiring her Master's in Teaching English as a Second Language while teaching abroad for 2 and a half years. I have about 9 years of teaching experience in the classroom, but have decided to take a step away from the classroom so that I can have an opportunity to build real relationships with the students that I serve and their families alike. I also desire to teach based on individualized needs, not limited to the restrictions of standards and curriculums. I hope that your needs and my expertise/ desires as an educator will allow us to be of great service to one another!
