I am a certified home health aide with seven years of providing home-based and residential care for a wide range of elderly and special needs patients/persons. I have provided care to ages 12-89. My caregiving experiences, coupled with my DSP (Direct Care Worker) and CPR First aide trainings, have prepared me well to proficiently care children and elderly in need of everyday life assistance. Having worked as caregiver and DSP for the past seven years I am fully adept to ever aspect that is required of this roll. Besides providing empathetic assistance and support to young adults/elderly people and helping with daily and social activities, I also excel at preparing and serving meals (INCLUDING SPECIAL DIETS & PERSON WITH DIFFICULTLY CHEWING OR SWALLOWING), Administering medication, running errands and transporting. A particular area of expertise is working with patients/persons with Alzheimer's, Dementia, ADHD Autism, etc. I am passionate about the services I provide.
