VERY unprofessional. We hired her for a nanny position. We went through the entire process of messaging on the website, exchanging numbers, sitting down for the interview, setting expectations, and ultimately hired her. We asked her when she was available to start and what she wanted to be paid. The day before she was to be our overnight/week long nanny she sent a TEXT (which we established during the interview was not the ideal contact method we would use) stating she took another job after she left our house. The DISRESPECT of our time and effort is what prompted this review. We would hope in the future she does not waste others time.
