About Dixie

I'd describe my personality as Energetic, Happy, Focused I like tutoring because I like the joy of learning. I have taught all over the world, and those teaching moments are some of my happiest memories. I'm looking for a job that allows me to teach subjects with passion and grace, and to make learning fun for my clients. I started tutoring when I was babysitting as a preteen and learned I have a skill for explaining concepts to others in a way they can understand. In my spare time, I like to travel, do crafts, and spend time with my family and my dog. One thing you should know about me is that I love teaching all subjects I have listed, but I'm especially passionate about History and geography. My skills include creating useful memorization tools, seeing where my students need the most help, and working as a team toward goals!
