I'd describe my personality as outgoing, uplifting, and charismatic. I love working with children because it makes me the person I am. They witness daily growth, experience pure joy and make a lasting positive difference. Their honest remarks, big imaginations and bundles of energy keep everyday fun and interesting. Shaping young minds and watching them grow is very rewarding and refreshing. Knowing that they are our future leaders shows that the time, care, and guidance we give them today will directly shape them for the world we live in tomorrow and days after. I'm looking for a job that is willing to have fair hourly rate. Working with parents who follow the same schedule so children don't get confused or off track. Parent that are supportive and friendly while working with their children. Lastly, feeling appreciated and valued by the parents and not just viewed as a babysitter.
