Dioulie currently cares for our 20m old little. We love her calm and gentle demeanor and reliability. She is very intuitive to our toddlers personality (and varying moods) and plans their day together accordingly. We have a very active little who loves to be outdoors so most days Dioulie fosters her sense of exploration and they spend all morning outdoors together. She shares tips and tricks with us parents using her background in childcare which have helped us get through tough feeding times. My little lights up when we talk about our next day plans during our bedtime routine, often shouting "Dioulie!" in excitement. This is we know they have a special bond with each other. Definitely hire her!
